Cathryn joined ncat right at the start, and came to it with a strong background of working in project and programme management in the higher education sector as well as the creative industries.
She is a highly skilled people manager with a history of excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. As Centre Manager, (with an MSc in Event Management) she has worked to set ncat up from scratch, with responsibility for ensuring all operational areas are well managed, deliver impact, and positively raise the profile of the centre’s work.
